Make Every Client In Your Market Think About You

Wouldn’t it be cool to be the first thought of your client, when they have a problem, and need your solution?

Top of mind awareness is something that’s been here for a long time - it’s even older than Queen Elizabeth, and she was old.
Some examples of that would be:
When I say cola what comes to your mind?
What comes to mind when I say German car manufacturer?
Or what about horror clown?

You’ve answered these in your mind. Whatever subject you think about there is always some brand or name you can relate it to. That’s what top of mind awareness is.

So how do we make people think about us when they want what we sell? Let’s talk about how to make that happen:

Pitch Them So Hard, They Forget About Your Competition

Once upon a time, I owned a B2B business, but I didn’t do well. In fact, I did so badly that I almost went bankrupt.
It was a small company with me as the only employee, and I was competing with some big fish. At one point I had to start getting new clients so I don’t loose ALL my money.
And the easiest way to find new clients is to steal them under your competition's nose.

Spoiler alert: I not only did I take their clients but I also sold it with 6-figure revenue.

By learning to use a CTA.

CTA stands for Call To Action. And it’s the best way to become every client’s first thought when they have a problem.
How To Catch Clients, Like Fish In A Pond

Let’s say you run a service business. Could be accounting, car tuning, human trafficking, or any other service business.

How do you let people know about your business?
⠀
Run ads? Mouth to mouth? Rent some billboards with your posters? Tell everyone you know about your business?

Maybe you’d do all of the above. That’d be a great start. (don’t put up billboards if you are trafficking people)

Now add a CTA to that and everything gets supercharged.

Something like: ‘Download your free guide to do X’.
‘Put in your email here and we’ll send you the best way to do Y’.
‘Text us today and we’ll tell you exactly how to do Z’.

Something that gives them a reason to respond. A reason to raise their hand and say: “Yes, I want that”.
