Being a good contractor is hard enough. Long hours, tough jobs, and let’s not even talk about chasing down new clients.
If you’ve ever thought, “I just need the damn leads to come to me,” you’re not alone.
The good news? That's very possible.
I’ve been helping contractors like you fill their calendars without chasing down clients.
Here’s a secret on how you can make it happen too.
The #1 Mistake Most Contractors Make
You’re great at your craft, but if you’re relying on word-of-mouth alone, you’re leaving money on the table.
ALOT OF MONEY….
The truth is, the best leads are online scrolling through social media, looking for businesses like yours.
But if you’re not showing up in their feed? Guess what—they’re clicking on your competitor.
Here’s How to Fix That
You want to make sure everyone who takes you up on your offer is a potential lifetime customer for your business, and not just someone looking for a quick freebie.
A quick way to come up with offers is to work backwards.
I just finished some work for a carpet cleaning company. We set the Ad campaign up like this:
In order for someone to get the carpets cleaned in their entire house (your core offering if you’re a carpet cleaning business), they need to agree to get one room cleaned first.
Before agreeing to get one room cleaned, they need to know that your team does a good job.
Cleaning a couch is less expensive than cleaning a room, so it’s a great offer to introduce people to your services.
This work backward strategy works in literally any industry (ex: new roof installation -> roof repair -> gutters/siding -> estimate -> free inspection), so if you’re stuck coming up with an offer that will attract the right prospects, giving free value is a great place to start.
The construction industry benefits greatly from Facebook ads' visual nature.
High-quality images of finished projects, such as stunning kitchens or breathtaking outdoor spaces, can captivate potential clients.
Unlike industries like dentistry, the construction field can leverage compelling visuals to attract attention.
What to do now?
Let’s make marketing the easiest part of your business.
You focus on your trade, and I’ll focus on getting your phone to ring.
I can help you:
Attract high-quality leads through Facebook.
Stand out from competitors by targeting your ideal audience.
Build a reliable pipeline of work with consistent ad campaigns.
